We bought our first property in 1999. We started Bay Vision in 2001. And we opened our Fort Myers office in 2005. Between then and now, we have closed over 6,000 properties from Sellers just like you.

We don’t finance our deals. We pay cash. What that means for you is less headache and less risk. We don’t require surveys, appraisals, or formal inspections (that’s the headache part). And there is no risk to our deal not closing because we couldn’t obtain financing. At the end of the day, our contracts are strong. And we do what we say we will do.

After we bought our first property in 1999, we realized that selling a house isn’t easy.  You clean it.  Make repairs.  Shop real estate agents.  Sign a listing agreement.  Give away 6% of your equity to that real estate agent.  Have open houses and showings.  Wait for months.  Finally, contract.  Make more repairs.  Keep fingers crossed that the deal closes.  And hope for the best.

We are licensed real estate agents, which means we have access to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  Through the MLS, we can see every active, pending, and sold property in your neighborhood.  Just like an appraiser, we use that information to determine a price ‘range’ of what we believe your house is worth. Every house has different upgrades and improvements.  So we ask that you describe your house and those improvements to us when we talk.  We will take those improvements into consideration.

Choosing an offer

You can call us at 239-693-3201 during normal business hours. Or your can reach us on our cell phones anytime. You will speak with a real person. No automation. No call centers. Just us. If you get our voicemail, we will do our best to call you back within 24 business hours.

The closing date is up to you.  We can close in 2 days or we can close in 6 months.  If you live in your house and need additional time to move after you receive your proceeds, we can structure a seller lease back too.

Don’t do anything to your house.  Save your money.  We buy houses every day, so we have valuable discounts on materials and labor.  We will do all the necessary repairs after we have purchased the property from you.

Nope. We use the services of a local title company to process the closing. All of the documents you will need to sign can be done through the mail, and your proceeds can be wired to you, if that makes your life easier.
